Some things to note:
– Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.

– Pets are not allowed in the property

– There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.

– This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property.

– Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.

– Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.

– Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable.

– Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef on Call on a chargeable basis.
