We want to make your check-in hassle free. When you arrive at a property, we need to get some paperwork completed by you, including collecting a picture of a government-issued ID and balance payment with security deposit if any.

You can expect a neat and clean property with a dedicated caretaker and a fully equipped kitchen with basic essentials. High-speed internet, daily housekeeping, toiletries, linen, towels and a private pool.
You will be charged for the entire stay, including taxes, at the time of the booking.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours if the booking date is after two weeks. 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days from the date of check-in. Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Absolutely, yes, we have daily housekeeping services at all our properties. Each villa comes with a dedicated caretaker to make your experience smoother.
Vio Stays staff will be there to welcome you and assist you with the check-in process and any other requests.
The check-in time is 2 PM, and the checkout time is 10 AM.
Yes, refundable security deposit is collected during the check-in which is refunded within 24 hours after the check-out in case of no damages.
