Some things to note:
– Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
– Pets are not allows in the property
– There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
– This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
– Late checkouts & early check-ins are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
– Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
– Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable.
– Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef On Call on a chargeable basis.

Important Cooking Facility Notice:
Due to the ongoing global situation and possible supply disruptions during the current war crisis, LPG gas cylinder availability may occasionally be affected and is subject to availability. However, to ensure a smooth stay experience, we provide induction cooktops as an alternative for guests to prepare their meals without inconvenience.

Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends.
Maximum Occupancy
Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Safety & Security
Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. Vio Stays will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Compliance
All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Linen
Linen(bed linen & towels) will be changed every alternate days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours if the booking date is after two weeks. 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days from the date of check-in. Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to the check-in date.
