Maximum Occupancy
Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Safety & Security
Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. Vio Stays will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Compliance
All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Linen
Linen(bed linen & towels) will be changed every alternate days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours if the booking date is after two weeks. 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days from the date of check-in. Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Good stay at this place for 8 of us. pool is actually bigger than how it looks in pictures. clean and good sized rooms. kitchen is a bit small, but all amenities available. Full time caretaker was really helpful. full time security at the society makes it feel at ease. easy to get Swiggy, grocery etc online. Baga is about 10 mins drive. you will need a car/bike to commute anywhere as the nearest market/ beach is about 5 Km away.

We had an amazing stay. The caretaking staff was awesome. Our caretaker Pradeep went out of his way on numerous occasions to make us feel at home. His cooking was absolutely amazing. The villa was spacious and very clean with modern interiors. The villa was located in a safe and private community. 15 mins to baga beach so the location was quite central. Highly recommend the place.
