Maximum Occupancy
Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Safety & Security
Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. Vio Stays will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Compliance
All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Linen
Linen(bed linen & towels) will be changed every alternate days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours if the booking date is after two weeks. 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days from the date of check-in. Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to the check-in date.

The stuff was super helpful and understanding, especially Mr. Aniket. The Villa is at a great location, it’s beautiful and our stay was made very comfortable only because of the staff so a bigTHANK YOU to them.
All in all, it was a great experience!- we stayed 3 nights at This place. house host/staff were so helpful and so friendly. it was clean and comfortable place . we had wonderful stay here. we would love to be back here .
