Maximum Occupancy
Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Safety & Security
Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. Vio Stays will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Compliance
All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Linen
Linen(bed linen & towels) will be changed every alternate days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours if the booking date is after two weeks. 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days from the date of check-in. Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to the check-in date.

It was a fantastic experience, overall great location, all major attractions and restaurants are within 5-10 mins drive. This villa is private, well managed by excellent caretakers. The property manager helped us in coordinating with few local event management companies in hosting my wife’s birthday in no time. So big thank you to Aniket ???????? for being proactive and always lending a helping hand. Manas is a great host. Hope to visit again in future. ????????????????

Things that stood out:
Exceptional customer service – staff is really courteous, super professional and went to larger extents to help us out. The care-takers cook amazing food!
Expectations passed – Property was similar to the pictures. House was in top notch state and was very well maintained. It was cleaned daily.
About the host- The Host and the Property manager have been super helpful and professional. They’ve contributed in keeping the stay experience super smooth.
It was indeed a great deal!
