Damage & Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Safety & Security
Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. Vio Stays will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Compliance
All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Linen
Linen(bed linen & towels) will be changed every alternate days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours if the booking date is after two weeks. 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days from the date of check-in. Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to the check-in date.

This is by far the best property i have stayed in. It is very luxurious also suits the budget. Really loved the attention to detail put in to make our stay comfortable. Manas was very friendly and was always available. Would definitely come back soon.
